UK Delivery
UK Delivery
For standard UK Delivery we use Royal Mail. We always endeavour to ship orders the same day if they are placed before 1 pm. Your order will always be processed and shipped within 24 hours (subject to stock availability), and delivered within 2-3 working days to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and 3-5 working days to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands.

Worldwide Delivery
Standard Delivery Worldwide
For standard worldwide delivery we use Royal Mails Airmail service. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). Delivery to Western Europe takes 3-4 working days and Eastern Europe takes 5-6 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world is between 5-7 working days.
**For Customers Outside of the EU: Please note that your parcel may be subject to customs charges in your home country. If you are a resident outside of the EU please take the time to find out what (if any) charges may apply. You are responsible for any additional customs charges on your products.
Returns Policy:
In keeping with our dedication to customer satisfaction, we will always gladly issue a full refund for any unopened merchandise within 28 days of purchase.
If within 28 days of purchase you decide you want to return your unopened item for any reason we will happily refund you for your purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original credit card the items were purchased with. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items as PHB Ethical Beauty does not accept responsibility for returned goods which are lost in transit.
Items must be returned unused and unopened. All items will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will gladly refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
Although at PHB we only use the most natural ingredients there is a small chance that your skin may not agree with some of the ingredients in a product- everyones skin is different after all! For this reason we will happily exchange the item for you. Contact our Customer Services team for further advice.
To return any items, please first contact Customer Service. All returns should be sent with a copy of your invoice. In order to constantly improve our services and products we would greatly appreciate details of why you are returning your item.
